BoardDescriptionActions
MF flow One shared project record. Each person works it in their own portal. Built from Focus's multifamily procedures and DOE's workflows (HOMES WF 3/6, HEAR WF 14).
Contractor portal (Market Rate) The contractor portal from the contractor's side. Steps 0 to 5 are registration, from sign-in to Submitted; households play no part in it. Steps 6 to 19 are a HOMES project for a market-rate building, one with no income approval: starting the project, the owner linking it, the HOMES sections, sharing and sending, then staff review, the final signing and payment. Market rate is decided in the staff portal with an internal HEA- code; the contractor portal sees it as a building with no income code. The dashed arrow from Submitted stands for the approvals in between, which are not drawn: the registration, and the HOMES assessment service.
HOMES path One income-qualified HOMES project, happy path: from the contractor's first nudge to the payment export to Spectrum.
HOMES reservation A multifamily HOMES reservation, from linking the building to the offer letter.
MF - Building and IQ Flow
MF Customer IQ A landlord sets up a multifamily building, supplies income evidence, and follows staff review. This board maps documentation and decisions; it does not change applications.
Staff portal Every decision program staff make in Phases 1 to 2 of the Tests page, one card per workflow, in the order they meet them: queue and assign; property and building, with the multifamily income qualification application; household income; then contractor registration (Phase 2). Phase 1.5 has no staff decision. Each decision that reaches another portal has a card in that portal's column: the confirmed type and the LEA- or MEA- code in the customer portal, the code used on a project application, and the registration decision in the contractor portal.
