Who does what

Roles decide what each person may do. The Implementer (CLEAResult) does the first review stage, send-backs to contractors and marking errors fixed. The Program administrator (Aptim) does the second review stage, payment review and final payment approval, cap-override reasons, confirming or dismissing error tasks, and assessment-claim approval. One person never passes both review stages of one application, even holding both roles.

The two roles Control Center decides

  • PSC (read-only): Control Center's Default role on IRA PI/PA Portal. Reads every screen; every save is refused, whatever list below they are on.
  • Admin: Control Center's admin role (Scott and the OpenWatt team). Every action, and the only role that changes the lists below.

Everyone else Control Center lets in does what the two lists below put them on. Control Center signs staff in but does not say who works for whom, so these lists are kept here and every change to one is recorded, with who made it and when.

You: Every role (not a named person).

Program administrator

Aptim, the Program Administrator. Approves a pre-approval, and works the payment review before a rebate is paid.
